Construction of Janazgah at UC-Kahna NA-123 and Rehabilitation/Improvement of Road/Sewerage/PCC at UC-247 Kahna Nou NA-123 PP-158 Lahore

The Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency, Lahore Development Authority (TEPA, LDA) invites bids from eligible contractors and firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) and with FBR & PRA for two major civil works projects in Lahore. The works are as follows: Items being procured: - Construction of Janazgah at UC-Kahna, NA-123, Lahore (Estimated Cost: Rs. 29,438,956/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,471,972/-) - Rehabilitation/Improvement of Road/Sewerage/PCC at UC-247 Kahna Nou, NA-123, PP-158, Lahore (Estimated Cost: Rs. 24,533,119/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,226,656/-) Both projects require completion within 6 months. The technical and financial scope includes construction of a janazgah facility and comprehensive rehabilitation of road and sewerage infrastructure, including PCC works, in the specified union councils of Lahore. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and possess valid FBR and PRA registrations. PEC Category C-5 & above is mandatory for participation. Earnest Money in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR, amounting to 5% of the estimated cost, must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the deadline. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. The last date for submission of e-bids is 24-08-2026 at 10:30 am, with technical bids to be opened the same day at 11:00 am via the EP System.
