Construction of Link Taxiway for General Aviation Hangars at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the construction of a Link Taxiway for General Aviation Hangars at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP), Lahore. This procurement is for civil works and will be conducted through a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The project involves earthworks and sub-grade preparation, sub-base and base course laying with machine crushed stone ballast, asphaltic wearing course, tuff pavers, edge stones, and pavement markings. Items being procured: - Earthworks and sub-grade preparation: 36,960 sqft - Sub-base, base & cement concrete (1:4:8): 45,454 cft - Asphaltic wearing course: 534 metric tons - Tuff pavers: 13,200 sqft - Edge stones and pavement markings: 3,024 running feet The scope includes levelling, cutting/filling, consolidation of ground up to 6 inches depth, mechanical compaction to 95% Modified AASHO maximum dry density, supplying and laying machine crushed stone ballast in base and sub-base courses, providing and laying cement concrete, hot-mix bituminous concrete pavement, precast cement concrete edge stones, and reflective pavement markings. The work is to be executed at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, Punjab. Eligible bidders must have a valid PEC certificate in category C-6 or above, valid CNIC, professional tax certificate, FBR registration and ATL listing, and submit an affidavit confirming ownership, non-blacklisting, and pending litigation status. Bid security of PKR 450,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 24 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. The contract includes a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price. Bidders are advised to visit the site and conduct due diligence at their own cost.
