Construction of Maryam Nawaz Family Park Sarai Alamgir (Joint Authority)

Municipal Corporation Gujrat invites tenders for construction work of Maryam Nawaz Family Park Sarai Alamgir under joint authority. The tender is open to firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and also registered on EP-Punjab as per Government of Punjab directions for the financial year 2025-26. Items being procured: - Construction work of Maryam Nawaz Family Park Sarai Alamgir (Joint Authority) The procurement will follow a single stage single envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must submit their bids online through EP-Punjab portal by 09-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure) Municipal Corporation Gujrat in presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their representatives. No manual bids will be accepted. Bidders uploading the same CDR for more than one scheme will be considered as false entry and their bids will be rejected. No cutting or amendment in bids is allowed. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR. The lowest bidder whose bid is 5% or more below the estimated cost will be required to deposit additional performance security in the shape of CDR. The scope and detailed information can be obtained from the office of the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure) Municipal Corporation Gujrat during office hours. In case the bid opening date falls on an official holiday, the opening will be held on the next working day. Contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes as per Government of Punjab rules. Current PPRA rules will be strictly enforced.
