Construction/Establishment of 2 Nos Material Recovery Facilities in Faisalabad and Gujranwala

Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) invites E-Bids from contractors, firms, manufacturers, and authorized dealers registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant authorities including FBR, PRA, NTN, and PPRA. The procurement is for the construction and establishment of two Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) each in Faisalabad and Gujranwala under a Design, Build and Operation (DBO) mode. The estimated cost is Rs. 530,214,789/- with a bid security of Rs. 15,906,444/-. Bidders must submit their bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. The original bid security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender title before the bid submission deadline at the Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company Office, 184 Scotch Corner, Upper Mall Scheme, Lahore. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelopes procedure. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28th August 2026 at 11:30 AM. E-bids submission deadline is 11th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
