Tender Description
The Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate invites sealed bids from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 and above, with experience in similar works, for the construction of a monument at Ali Akbar Chowk in Multan Industrial Estate. This project requires contractors registered with PEC in category C-6 or above and specialized codes CE01, CE9, and CE10, having relevant experience.

Bidding will be conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended up-to-date) on a single stage one envelope basis. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, PIEDMC website www.pie.com.pk, and Punjab E-procurement Portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Bidders must register at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk for bid submission.
Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by or before 21st October 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM as per PPRA Rules 2014. A bid security amounting to Rs. 105,951/- is required, representing 5% of the estimated procurement price, to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments like CDR, PO, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted.
Incomplete bids, late submissions, or those without original bid security will be rejected. Firms blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency are not eligible. The Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
