Tender Description
The Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate invites sealed bids from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and above for the construction of a monument at the U-Turn near Al-Hilal in Multan Industrial Estate. This project requires contractors registered with PEC in category C-6 or above and specialized codes CE01, CE9, and CE10, with relevant experience in similar works.

The bidding will be conducted under the provisions of PPRA Rules 2014 (amended up-to-date) on a single stage one envelope basis. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, the PIEDMC website www.pie.com.pk, and the Punjab E-Procurement Portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Bidders must register on www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk for bid submission.
Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by or before 03:00 PM on October 21, 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bid security amounting to Rs. 101,409 (5% of the estimated cost) must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments like CDR, PO, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Bids submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System only will be entertained.
Firms must not be blacklisted by PPRA or the Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate. Incomplete bids, late submissions, or bids without original bid security will be rejected. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
