Construction of Multi Story Plaza Building

The PCSIR Employees Cooperative Housing Society in Lahore invites sealed bids for the construction of a multi-storey plaza/building located at Shahrah-e-Nazia-e-Pakistan near Shaukat Khanum Hospital, PCSIR ECH Society Phase-II. This project involves the construction of a basement, ground floor, and four additional floors covering approximately 23 Marlas. Items being procured: - Structure Works - Finishing Works - Electrical Works - Elevator - Designing - LDA approvals (consultancy) The technical scope includes comprehensive construction activities such as structural framework, finishing, electrical installations, elevator setup, and obtaining necessary LDA approvals. The site is well-defined in Lahore, ensuring clear project execution boundaries. Eligible firms must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license and have a minimum of five years of experience in frame structure buildings. Financial soundness must be substantiated with an up-to-date balance sheet or bank statement. Firms and contractors can obtain the BOQ by paying Rs. 3000 from the office between 10am to 4pm upon written request on company letterhead. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid cost. Bids should be delivered by hand or TCS to the specified address on or before 18-08-2026 during office hours. The bid opening will take place on Sunday 23-08-2026 at 5pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the bid security is correctly calculated and submitted along with the bid to avoid disqualification. Also, early submission is advised to prevent last-minute issues. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
