Tender Description
The Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantt/ Garrison) Regional Office Wah Cantt invites construction firms to participate in a two-stage bidding procedure for the construction of a new BS Block (G+1) at FG Post Graduate College for Women, Wah Cantt. This project involves civil construction works to expand educational infrastructure in the region.
Items being procured:
- Construction of New BS Block (Ground plus one floor) at FG Post Graduate College for Women, Wah Cantt
The scope includes all necessary civil works to complete the building as per specifications provided by the department. Interested firms must have valid PEC registration at least in category C-4, ATL and NTN/GST registration, and demonstrate prior satisfactory performance with FGEIs Wah Region. A bank statement for the last three months and an affidavit of non-blacklisting are also required.
The bidding process starts with submission of technical proposals without price by 24 August 2026 before 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be evaluated and discussed on the same day at 12:00 PM. Bidders may revise their technical proposals accordingly. The final submission of revised technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes is due by 26 August 2026 before 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on 26 August 2026 at 11:30 AM at FG TTC Wah.
Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount in the form of CDR is required in favor of Regional Director, FGEIs C/G Regional Office Wah Cantt. Bid forms are available from 15 to 21 August 2026 for Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) at the Regional Office Wah during office hours.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their documents and ensure compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification. The Regional Director reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
A practical tip for bidders: Attend the technical evaluation meeting on 24 August to clarify any deficiencies early and improve chances of qualifying for the financial bid stage.
