PWD Highways Division Sudhnuti (Pallandri) Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites electronic bids under the Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding System for construction works in Pallandri city. The project involves the construction of a 1 Km new link road and black topping of an existing 1 Km road from Chunjhal Hill Cross to Danna Sarota (Con. Sajad House) with a total length of 2 Km. This work is critical for improving local infrastructure and connectivity in the Sudhnuti district. Items being procured: - Construction of 1 Km new link road - Black topping of 1 Km existing road - Total length 2 Km The technical scope includes road construction and black topping using approved materials and standards. Bidders must be licensed firms or contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have endorsement in C&W Govt AJK for FY 2026-27 with specialization code CE-01. Joint ventures require prior approval from the employer. Earnest money in the form of bid security amounting to Rs. 1.806 Million is required.
