Infrastructure Works of Off-Dock Terminal at Gwadar

The Gwadar Port Authority (Gwadar Port Authority) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Infrastructure Works of Off-Dock Terminal at Gwadar. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and involves comprehensive civil works at the Off-Dock Terminal near the New Gwadar International Airport in Gwadar city, Balochistan province. Items being procured: - Construction of Boundary Wall of 100 Acre Land for Off-Dock Terminal - Construction of Office for Off-Dock Terminal - Construction of Internal Roads - Civil works for base of Warehouse - Sandfilling and levelling of 25 acre land within the boundary of Off-Dock Terminal - Provision of Security from a private reputable firm The scope includes excavation, concrete works, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, painting, landscaping, road works including sub-base and base courses, pipe culverts, plumbing works, electrical works, and installation of solar LED street lights. The works are to be executed as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and technical specifications provided in the bidding documents. The contract will be governed by FIDIC Conditions of Contract with specified amendments. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in Category C-3 with specialized codes CE-01, CE-03, CE-10 & EE-04, active FBR NTN and GST registration, and meet financial and technical criteria including past experience of similar projects. Bid security is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft.
