Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-1) Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipe line at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-1) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and requires bidders to submit their bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-1) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, and refilling excavated material with compaction. Bidders must fulfill mandatory eligibility criteria including active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for last three years, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, availability of technical staff and equipment, and submission of work methodology and execution plan. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded with the bid and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. Bids must be valid for 90 days. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
