Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-3)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipeline at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-3) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-3) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material, and cement concrete plain works. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must be registered with FBR (Active Taxpayer List), Sindh Revenue Board, and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates. They should have completed at least two similar works in the last two years and have two ongoing projects of similar nature. Submission of bank statements for the last three years, affidavit on non-blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment are mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- are required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening.
