Tender Description
PWD Highways Division Sudhnuti (Pallandri) Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites electronic bids under Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding System as per AJK PPRA Rules 36(a) for FY 2026-27 from eligible firms/contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council with endorsement in C&W Govt AJ&K. The work involves construction of 1 Km new link road and black topping of existing 1 Km road from Chunghal Hill Cross to Danna Parota (Con Sajad House) with a total length of 2 Km in District Sudhnuti.
Items being procured:
- Construction of 1 Km new link road
- Black topping of existing 1 Km road
The project requires specialized civil works under PEC category C-5 & Above. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs. 1.806 Million in the form of bank receipt uploaded on the e-bidding dashboard. Bidding documents and detailed drawings can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division Sudhnuti (Pallandri) before 04/11/2026 during office hours. Newly registered bidders should obtain username and login details from IT Section, Office of The Chief Engineer Highway (North) Block H, DHQ Muzaffarabad.
Bids must be submitted electronically by 05/11/2026 at 11:30 AM. The bid opening will be conducted at the same time and date. Hard copies of original bank receipts along with bidding documents duly signed and stamped must be uploaded on the e-bidding dashboard. Blacklisted firms or contractors are not eligible to participate. Any bidder providing incorrect information or failing to submit hard copies will be disqualified and banned for two years.
