Construction of Office Accommodation and Furniture for Deputy Commissioner East Karachi

The Executive Engineer, Project Directorate of Commissioner Karachi invites bids for the construction of office accommodation including residence for the Deputy Commissioner (East), Karachi. This procurement specifically covers the provision and making of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the project located in Karachi, Sindh. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and hold active registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board. Experience of at least one similar work with a minimum cost of 80% of the estimated cost or two works of 50% cost executed in the last three years is mandatory. Financial turnover should not be less than the estimated cost in the last three years. Earnest money of PKR 500,000 and a tender fee of PKR 3,000 are required. The bid validity period is 90 days. The deadline for submission is 07 May 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Project Directorate of Commissioner Karachi, 4-Club Road Main Commissioner Office Karachi. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidders are advised to submit their best and final prices as no negotiations will be entertained.
