Construction of One Window Cell for Balochistan Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Quetta

The Balochistan Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of construction works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of One Window Cell Procurement shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency, registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 and above (up to 25 million). Relevant PEC specialized codes CE10(vi) for General Buildings and Maintenance and CE11(i) for General Engineering Works only are mandatory. Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with turnover of at least PKR 14,000,000 in two subsequent previous years. Last three years audit reports duly issued by audit firms registered with ICAP are required. Bid security of 3% of bid amount must accompany bids in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of PKR 1000 tender fee. Key dates: Tender documents issuance from publication date until 11 November 2026 during office hours. Last date for bid submission is 11 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be held same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the undersigned in Quetta.
