Construction of Parking Shed, Development of Front Lawn, Walkway, Front Roads & Improvement/Uplifting of Main Gate

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Sargodha invites bids under a single stage two envelopes bidding procedure from well-reputed, experienced, and tax-registered firms, companies, or contractors for important construction works in Sargodha city. The procurement involves the construction of a parking shed, development of the front lawn, walkway, front roads, and improvement/uplifting of the main gate at the BISE Sargodha premises. Items being procured: - Construction of Parking Shed - Development of Front Lawn - Walkway construction - Front Roads construction - Improvement/Uplifting of Main Gate The project completion period is five months, extendable for a specific period subject to terms and conditions. The bidding documents containing evaluation criteria and terms & conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the e-Procurement portal by 21st October 2026 at 01:30 PM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM. Eligibility criteria include being a well-reputed and experienced firm/company/contractor with valid tax registration. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee in the form of a CDR equivalent to 10% of the work order amount in favor of The Secretary, BISE Sargodha, before signing the contract. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened as per PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The procurement will be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the tender without any justification as per PPRA Rules 2014.
