Construction of PCC/Tuff Paver, Sewerage/Sullage Carrier at Village Badoo Tehsil Ferozewala District Sheikhupura

The Public Health Engineering Division Sheikhupura invites bids for the approved development schemes under Deposit work for the year 2026-27 (MRS 2nd Bi Annual 2026) from eligible contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in specialization codes CE01, CE09, ME06 for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Construction of PCC / Tuff Paver - Sewerage / Sullage Carrier at Village Badoo Tehsil Ferozewala District Sheikhupura The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial proposals accompanied by bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost in favor of Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Sheikhupura. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System portal by 10:30 AM on 05.11.2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the office of the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Sheikhupura. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in the relevant category/codes for 2026-27, registration on the Punjab PPRA portal, and compliance with Earnest Money and Performance Guarantee requirements as per Supreme Court directives. Performance Guarantee issued by insurance companies is not accepted. Performance security must be submitted within 15 days of tender acceptance and will be returned three months after successful completion. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid or proposal at any time under PPRA Rule-35. Bidders must fill in item-wise rates and produce a summary in the end.
