Installation of 3000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 1)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of a 3000 RFT R.C.C pipeline 24" diameter at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 1) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, District Hyderabad. Items being procured: - Installation of 3000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 1) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying R.C.C manhole covers, refilling excavated material in trenches, and cement concrete plain works. The contract duration is 12 months. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness evidenced by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Bidders must submit a work methodology and execution plan. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is payable via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be held on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days from the date of opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Joint Venture firms must submit JV agreements if applicable. Evaluation will be on the lowest evaluated responsive bid basis.
