Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-6)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipeline at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-6) in Hyderabad. This procurement is conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (amended). The project involves the installation of RCC pipeline including excavation, laying, jointing, refilling, and related civil works as per the detailed bill of quantities. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in hard soils - Providing fence guards, lights, flags, and temporary crossings - Providing and laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, 18'' diameter - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Reinforced cement concrete work including all labor and materials - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete - Manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole cover - Refilling excavated material in trenches with watering and ramming - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing The technical scope covers all civil works related to pipeline installation at the specified site. Bidders must be registered with FBR (Active Taxpayer List), Sindh Revenue Board, and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates. Experience of at least two similar completed works in the last two years and two ongoing projects of similar nature is mandatory. Financial soundness must be demonstrated by submission of bank statements for the last three years. An affidavit on e-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, no litigation, and no abandoned works is required. Tender documents are available for download from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted both as scanned copies via E-PADS and original hard copies before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of the Executive Engineer, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Joint ventures must submit JV agreements if applicable. Evaluation will be based on the lowest evaluated responsive bid.
