Providing Paving Block at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 7)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the execution of the development scheme titled PROVIDING PAVING BLOCK AT UC-158 VILLAGE MUHAMMAD BUX SHORO (PHASE 7) located in Hyderabad, Sindh. The estimated cost of the project is **Rs. 2,995,500/-** with a completion period of 12 months. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (5200 Cft) - Earth work for road embankment by bulldozer including ploughing, mixing, clod breaking, dressing and compacting (3120 Cft) - Carriage of materials like stone aggregate, spawl, coal, lime, surkhi, bricks, tiles, timber, fuel wood by trucks (3120 Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge (1716 Cft) - Providing & fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm with natural colours and strength between 5000 PSI to 8500 PSI including filling joints with hill sand (5200 Sft) - Erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works of Deodar wood (1300 Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing complete (325 Cft) The technical scope includes supply and installation of paving blocks over a 2" thick bed of hill sand or stone dust, earthworks, concrete works, and related civil works as per specifications. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the appropriate category if applicable, possess valid NTN, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and demonstrate financial soundness with bank statements for the last three years. Experience of at least two similar completed works and two ongoing projects is mandatory. An affidavit on E-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation is required. Tender documents are available for download from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of opening.
