Construction of Pipe Culvert for Flood Water Drain in Killi Muhammad Youns (Part II) District Khuzdar PSDP No 2799

The Irrigation Division Khuzdar invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a pipe culvert for flood water drainage at Killi Muhammad Youns (Part II) in District Khuzdar under PSDP No 2799 for the year 2026. The project is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of pipe culvert for flood water drain in Killi Muhammad Youns (Part II) District Khuzdar PSDP No 2799 Procurement shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require presence on the Active Tax Payer List and no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Bidders must have completed at least one similar work of minimum PKR 7,000,000 in the last two years demonstrating financial capacity. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above (up to 25 million) is mandatory. The relevant specialized code is CE04(ii) for Irrigation & Flood Control Systems. Submission of tenders must be in the form of a green challan at NBP Khuzdar branch under head of account C-03434. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount must accompany the bid in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of PKR 1,000. The issuance period is from the date of publication until 08 September 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 08 September 2026 till 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Khuzdar located at Irrigation Colony Old Karachi Road Khuzdar.
