Construction of Public Library at Tehsil Mawand District Kohlu PSDP No.1561 (Z2026.3411) 2026-27

The Building CWPP&H Department District Kohlu invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a Public Library at Tehsil Mawand District Kohlu for the fiscal year 2026-27 under PSDP No.1561 (Z2026.3411). The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 17,910,000**. Bidders must be present in the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency including the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and above (up to 25 million) is mandatory, with relevant specialized code CE10(vii) for General Buildings and Maintenance and CE11(i) for General Engineering Works only. The bidder must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 12,537,000 in the last two years, demonstrating financial capacity. Bid security of 2% of the bid value must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer-II Provincial B&R District Kohlu upon payment of PKR 1,000 from the date of publication until 26 August 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is **26 August 2026** by 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer-II Provincial B&R District Kohlu.
