Tender Description
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids from engineering firms and contractors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and holding valid PEC licenses in the specified categories. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under PPRA-38-1 and is strictly in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 amended to date.
Items being procured:
- Construction of RCC Kerb Wall under Lahore Bridge Down Ramp, Lahore (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,441,097/- with Earnest Money Rs. 72,055/-)
- Replacement of LCD for CCTV Cameras and Repair of UPS along with Replacement of Batteries at Block 1, 2 & Block 4 & 5, LDA Office, A.M. Johar Town, Lahore (Estimated Cost Rs. 809,368/- with Earnest Money Rs. 40,468/-)
The works involve civil construction of kerb walls and electrical replacement and repair works at LDA office premises. Contractors must be registered with PEC in category C-6 & Above and have NTN and PINTN. Bidding documents will be available immediately after uploading on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) website. Bidders must submit bids with quoted rates as per the Bill of Quantities and sign the tender documents accordingly.
Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The firm/contractor will be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes. The deadline for submission is **31-08-2026 at 09:30 AM**, with opening at 10:00 AM the same day.
