Construction and Rehabilitation Work in Office of Additional Secretary Development with Internal Electrification

The Climate Change, Forestry, Environment and Wildlife Department Civil Secretariat Peshawar invites bids for construction and rehabilitation work in the office of Additional Secretary (Development) / Project Director. This project includes civil work and internal electrification specifically for the Committee Room. Items being procured: - Construction / Rehabilitation Work in the Office of Additional Secretary (Development) - Committee Room civil work - Internal electrification This tender is part of the Forest Development Fund project titled 'Strengthening of Digital Monitoring, Project Coordination and Forest Governance Systems'. The scope covers civil construction and electrical installation within the office premises, ensuring quality and compliance with engineering standards. The contractor must be registered with the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-2027, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) active registration, and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) NTN active status. Experience in similar works and adherence to BOQ/Engineer cost estimates is mandatory. The estimated cost is bold PKR 10.00 Million with a bid security of 2%. The work completion timeline is as per the work order issued. Bidders must submit their proposals through EPADS by 24th July 2026 at 1:00 PM, with hard copies delivered to the Project Director / Additional Secretary (Development), CCF&EW Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Earnest money in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) of 0.2% must accompany the bid. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KP-PRA rules.
