Construction and Rehabilitation Works at Various Locations in Vehari

District Council Vehari invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System for development works under the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must be duly enlisted/renewed with PEC and meet all eligibility requirements prescribed in the bidding documents. Items being procured: - Construction of Tuff Tiles at Basti Hari Chand (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3,500,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 175,000) - Construction of Soling Resoling in Basti Aftab Alam Wali Mouza Sorro Tehsil Vehari (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 150,000) - Construction of Tuff Tile in Main Street Muhallah Javed Kot Ludden (Estimated Cost: Rs. 840,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 42,000) - Rehabilitation of Disposal Works Karam Pur, Mailsi (Estimated Cost: Rs. 4,400,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 220,000) - Construction of Soling Basti Yousaf Wala, Ali Wah Tehsil Mailsi (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 151,500) The scope includes detailed construction and rehabilitation works at specified locations in Vehari and Mailsi. Bidders must submit separate bidding documents containing detailed instructions, eligibility criteria, specifications, BOQ, and conditions downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab website. Bids must be submitted electronically by 1:00 PM on 12-09-2026 and will be opened at 1:30 PM the same day in the office of the District Council Vehari in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) issued by the Punjab e-Procurement System.
