The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for multiple construction and rehabilitation projects in Karachi and Hyderabad. The procurement covers a range of civil and infrastructure works including paving, road construction, bridge building, and water supply installation. Items being procured: - Providing and fixing CC tuff paver in different locations of UC-04 District Korangi Model Town Karachi - Construction of metalled road at Orange Street Batti Compound to Lyari Expressway, Garden UC-01, UC-02 & UC-03, District South Karachi - Construction of foot over pedestrian bridge near Railway Level Crossing No.04 Gujarati Para, Hyderabad - Construction of tuff paver, metalled road, RCC drain, solar lights & allied works near Railway Level Crossing No.04 Gujrati Para & Defence Phase-02 Cantt, Hyderabad - Construction/rehabilitation of metalled road from 4K Chowrangi to Royal Gulf Residency Sector-L-1, Town Manghopir, District West-I NA-244 Karachi - Construction/rehabilitation of metalled road from Royal Gulf Residency to Manghopir Chowki, Saima Villas, Sector-L-1, Town Manghopir, District West-I NA-244 Karachi - Construction/rehabilitation of metalled road from Kaneez Fatima Gate No.1 to Gate No.2, Sector 3, Town Manghopir, District West-I NA-244 Karachi - Providing & laying water supply line in various streets of different UCs of Baldia Town NA-242 District Karachi Keamari-1, Karachi The scope includes civil works such as paving with CC tuff pavers, construction and rehabilitation of metalled roads, RCC drainage, installation of solar lights, and allied infrastructure. The projects are located in various urban localities of Karachi and Hyderabad, requiring specialized construction expertise and adherence to detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the specified categories (C-5 and C-6) and comply with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sales Tax registration requirements. Firms must have relevant experience in similar infrastructure projects and submit Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order/CDR/Bank Guarantee as specified. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 payable to PIDCL. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS 2.0 platform by 24-08-2026 at 10:00 a.m. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the PIDCL office in Karachi. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure that your bid security and tender fee are delivered in original form to the employer’s address before the deadline. Late submissions or incomplete bid securities will result in disqualification. Also, upload scanned copies correctly on E-PADS 2.0 to avoid technical rejection.
