Construction and Renovation Works at District Barkhan by CW, PPH Department District Barkhan

The CW, PPH Department District Barkhan invites tenders for multiple construction and renovation works under the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026. The projects include construction and repair of rooms, boundary walls, dispensary, library, and officer club in various locations of District Barkhan. Items being procured: - Construction of 2 additional rooms, washrooms, and boundary wall at GBPS Basti Mir Hazar Phulyani - Construction of additional room at Room Dispensary Chapper - Construction of boundary wall FC Fort Barkhan - Construction of additional room and veranda at GGPS Wadera Said Ali Jahanani - Construction of additional room at GBPS Basto Ata Muhammad - Construction of two additional rooms with boundary wall at GGMS Basti Hakimani - Construction of 2 additional rooms at GBPS Basti Haji Musa Shah Khata Eshani - Establishment of IT hub and library at District Barkhan - Repair and renovation of Officer Club Barkhan - Repair and renovation of District Complex Rest House and furniture - Repair and renovation of Local Govt Rest House - Repair and renovation of two additional rooms and watch tower for MMD office The procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014 (amended). Basic eligibility requires valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 & 5 or above, and registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority. Firms must be on Active Tax Payer List (ATL) and provide bid security of 2% or 3% of the bid value via deposit at National Bank of Pakistan. Bidding documents are available from the Executive Engineer (Building) office upon payment of Rs. 1500/- & 2000/- non-refundable fee. Documents can also be downloaded from www.bppra.org.pk. Green Challan Form deposit proof must be submitted one day prior to bid opening. Last date for bid submission is 27th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened same day at the Executive Engineer (Building) office, CW, PP&H Department near DC Office Barkhan. Bid validity period is ninety (90) days. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids according to the detailed criteria in bidding documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
