Construction and Renovation of Classrooms and Boundary Walls at Various Schools in Jhal Magsi District

The Building Department District Jhal Magsi invites contractors and firms to participate in the procurement of construction and renovation works under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI-PHASE-III) for the fiscal year 2026-27. The projects require compliance with the composite schedule of rates 2026 and adherence to quality standards for materials and workmanship. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with tax authorities including BRA, NTN, and Sales Tax Department, and to hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category CE10 (General Civil Engineering Works) for the year 2026-27. Contractors must have completed at least three similar assignments with a turnover of not less than 70% of the estimated cost. The tender fee is Rs. 1,500 and bid security amounts vary per project.
