These works are based on composite schedule rates and require experienced firms with proven financial capacity and relevant PEC categories. Items being procured: - Construction of Joint Check Post Pasni (TSE-2627081176993) - Renovation of Cultural Complex Building and Construction of 5 Additional Rooms in Cultural Complex Gwadar (TSE-2627081176843) - Establishment of IT Hub Pasni (TSE-2627081176963) - Extension of Women Market Gwadar and Construction of Boundary Wall between Women Bazar and 11 Offices Gwadar (TSE-2627081177283) These projects involve civil construction works including building, renovation, and boundary wall construction at various sites in Gwadar and Pasni. The contract duration for each work is 9 months. Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and presence in the Active Tax Payer List is mandatory. The bidder must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least 70% for each work in the last two years. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is required.
