Tender Description
Cantt Board Jhelum Cantt invites bids for the construction and repair of commercial shops located within the cantonment area. This procurement is specifically for the development and maintenance of commercial properties to enhance business facilities in Jhelum Cantt.

- Construction of Shop No. 35 (811 SFT)
- Construction of Shop No. 36 (370 SFT)
- Construction of Shop No. 37 (253 SFT)
- Construction of Shop No. 38 (367 SFT)
- Construction of Shop No. 39 (448 SFT)
- Repair of Shop No. 40 (811 SFT)
- Repair of Shop No. 41 (370 SFT)
- Repair of Shop No. 42 (253 SFT)
- Repair of Shop No. 43 (153 SFT)
- Repair of Shop No. 44 (236 SFT)
The scope includes civil construction and repair works for the specified shops, ensuring quality materials and workmanship in line with Cantt Board standards. The project site is within Jhelum Cantt, requiring bidders to have relevant PEC registration and experience in similar civil works. All bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
The tender was published on 28th July 2026, with a submission deadline on 30th July 2026 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is required as per the tender documents. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to the Cantt Board office.
