Construction and Repair of Culverts in Tehsil Pakpattan and Tehsil Arifwala

District Council Pakpattan invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for development works in Tehsil Pakpattan and Tehsil Arifwala for the Financial Year 2026-27. Contractors/Firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and fulfill all eligibility requirements as prescribed in the bidding documents. The bank guarantee must be issued via SWIFT MT760 in favor of the Chief Officer, District Council Pakpattan. Manual bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted. The successful bidder must also furnish a Performance Security equal to 5% of the contract price through SWIFT MT760. Bidders must quote contractor's rates against each item and complete all pages of the rate analysis/summary/sub summary in their financial bid. Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. Incomplete or non-responsive bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
