Construction, Repair, Minor Maintenance, Provision, TC/DC of Miscellaneous Buildings and Bazar Supply of B&R and E&M Items and Appointment of Auctioneer in AOR of CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II

The CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various construction and maintenance works within its area of responsibility. The scope includes construction, repair, minor maintenance, provision, TC/DC of miscellaneous buildings, bazar supply of B&R and E&M items, and appointment of an auctioneer. Items being procured: - Construction, repair, minor maintenance, provision, TC/DC of miscellaneous buildings - Bazar supply of Building & Road (B&R) and Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) items - Appointment of auctioneer Contractors must submit complete credentials for scrutiny and only those with sufficient experience will be issued tender documents. The tender must be received by 1130 hrs on 10 Nov 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hrs the same day. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports against them from the Director of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit proof of registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, or D with relevant experience may apply. Firms not on the MES list must provide a certificate detailing works executed in the last two years and those currently in hand, including agency, amount, time allowed, commencement and completion dates, percentage progress, and departmental performance reports. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements are expected as per PPRA rules.
