Applications are invited by GE (A) Comds Rawalpindi for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for various construction, repair, maintenance, provision, TC, DC works of miscellaneous buildings and bazar supply of building and road (B&R) and electrical and mechanical (E&M) items along with POL installations within the area of responsibility of GE (A) Comds Rawalpindi. Firms not on the MES approved list must submit detailed certificates of works executed in the last two years along with departmental performance reports. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience and complete credentials. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no adverse reports from the Director of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ).
