Construction, Repair, Maintenance, and Supply of B&R and E&M Items, POL Installations, Appointment of Auctioneer in AOR of GE (A) Comds Rwp

The General Engineer (Army) Command Rawalpindi invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various construction, repair, maintenance works, supply of buildings and roads (B&R) and electrical and mechanical (E&M) items, POL installations, and appointment of an auctioneer within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of GE (A) Comds Rawalpindi. The scope includes diverse civil and electrical works, installation of POL facilities, and related services. Items being procured: - Construction, Repair, Maintenance works - Supply of B&R and E&M Items - POL Installations - Appointment of Auctioneer Contractors must submit complete credentials for scrutiny and only those with sufficient experience and meeting special conditions will be issued tender documents. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no adverse reports from the Director of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory, and contractors not registered are ineligible. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D, and E with relevant experience should apply. The tender submission deadline is 11:30 hrs on 31 August 2026, with opening at 12:00 hrs the same day. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders as per PPRA rules.
