The estimated cost for individual schemes ranges mostly around Rs. 5.24 million with earnest money at 5% of the estimated cost. Tender fee is Rs. 3000 per bid. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration up to June 2027 with specialized codes CE01, CE09, CE10 & EE04, experience of similar works with at least 80% completion of estimated cost in last five years, FBR/ATL registration, NTN certificates, Sindh Revenue Board certificate, and documentary evidence of machinery and financial stability. Earnest money must be submitted as Call Deposit or Bank Draft in favor of Chief Municipal Officer Municipal Committee Umerkot.
