Construction and Repair Works at Cantonment Board Murree Hills

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department Cantonment Board Murree Hills is procuring construction and repair works for the financial year 2026-27. This tender invites bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The procurement includes original works and maintenance tasks at Murree Hills. Items being procured: - Construction of Shops at Kallar Chonki (Estimated Cost Rs. 10.00 Million) - Repair and Maintenance of Cantt Road Buildings - Repair and Maintenance of Roads in Cantt Area (Separate Rate for Cantt Camp, MPHC, Murree Cantt and Police Lines) - Repair/Replacement of gates, doors, floors, tiles, culverts, water tanks, footpaths, tubes, railing walls and all other beautification of Cantt Area (Misc. Public Improvements) (Estimated Cost Rs. 11.00 Million) The scope covers civil construction and repair works including building shops, road maintenance, and public infrastructure improvements within the Murree Cantonment area. The technical bid and financial bid must be submitted separately as per PPRA rules. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and hold valid PEC codes relevant to the works.
