Construction of Rest Area at Dhanasar, District Sherani, BSDI Phase-III

The Communication, Works, Physical Planning & Housing Department, District Sherani, invites eligible contractors to submit electronic bids for execution of a civil works project during the year 2026. The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates. The bidding firm must demonstrate completion of at least three assignments of a similar nature, turnover of at least **PKR 34,403,645** during the specified preceding years, and financial capacity supported by the last year audit report. The contractor must hold Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-5 or above, up to **PKR 65 million**, in the relevant category. Specialized code CE-10, General Civil Engineering Works, is specified. A bid security of **2% of the estimated cost**, calculated at approximately **PKR 985,247**, must accompany the bid as a bank guarantee or deposit-at-call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.
