Construction of Retaining Wall Around 08 Nos. Towers at 132KV Transmission Lines Q.D. Singh - DHA-1 & Nokhar - Q.D. Singh/Fateh Pur and Nokhar-Khiali

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites bids for the construction of retaining walls around 08 towers at 132KV transmission lines located at Q.D. Singh - DHA-1, Nokhar - Q.D. Singh/Fateh Pur, and Nokhar-Khiali within GEPCO jurisdiction in Gujranwala. This procurement is managed by the Executive Engineer SS&T/L Division, GEPCO Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation including dibbling, dressing, refilling, watering and ramming (151.26 cum) - Cement concrete plain (1:4:8) without shuttering (25.19 cum) - Brick work other than building including striking of joints up to 3.0 m height in cement sand mortar (205.22 cum) - Damp proof course with cement, sand and shingle concrete including 2 coats of asphaltic mixture (74.17 sqm) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floors with new earth (437.31 cum) - Carriage of earth lead up to 5 km (437.31 cum) The technical scope includes excavation, concrete works, brick masonry, damp proofing, and earth filling as per site requirements. The work is to be completed within 90 days after contract signing. Contractors must have valid PEC registration for 2025-26 with specialization CE-10, active PRA and FBR registration, and demonstrate experience with at least 2 valid work orders and completion certificates for similar works in the last 5 years. Earnest Money of 2% of BOQ amount (Rs. 119,760) in the form of CDR is required with the bid. Performance Security of 10% of contract price will be required upon award. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS and original documents delivered to the Executive Engineer SS&T/L Division, GEPCO Gujranwala before 10.08.2026 at 11:00 AM.
