Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Dadu invites bids for the construction of a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant at Village Muhammad Saleh Jamali near Village Murad Khan Jamali, Taluka Johi, District Dadu. This procurement is for the complete construction and installation works under the supervision of the Executive Engineer (Dev) Public Health Engineering Division Dadu.
Items being procured:
- Boring of Tube Well 10" dia up to 100 ft
- Providing wooden locked compartment for sample preservation
- Supplying and installing PVC strainer and blind pipes
- M.S bail plug
- Shrouding with graded bajri
- PVC end plug
- Development charges of Tube well
- Resistivity survey and hydrogeological testing
- Excavation and construction of room including RCC work, brickwork, plastering, painting, steel fabrication and installation
- Pumping machinery including 3 HP submersible pump with accessories and motor control unit
- P.E pipeline excavation, laying, jointing and testing of HDPE pipes and fittings
- Electrical works including wiring, switches, circuit breakers, fans, and lighting
- Solar energy system including solar panels, VFD drives, balance of system, wiring and installation
- RO Plant 10000 GPD @ 10000 TDS
The technical scope includes civil works for tube well and building construction, installation of pumping machinery, laying of pipelines, electrical wiring and fittings, solar energy system installation, and commissioning of the RO plant. The site is located in Dadu district, Sindh province.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be licensed with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories, registered with Sindh Revenue Board and FBR, and to provide affidavits regarding litigation and blacklisting status. Experience in similar works, availability of machinery, qualified technical personnel, and financial capability are mandatory. A bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 0.355 million is required.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Office of the Executive Engineer (Dev) Public Health Engineering Division Dadu at Gharibabad Muhalla Dadu by 27-08-2026 at 12:30 pm. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope.
