Construction of RO Plant in Police Line Head Quarter UC-08 Syed Arib Shah Bukhari Town Mir Sher Muhammad Khan Talpur District Mirpurkhas

The Public Health Engineering Department Mirpurkhas invites bids for the construction of a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant at Police Line Head Quarter UC-08 Syed Arib Shah Bukhari Town Mir Sher Muhammad Khan Talpur District Mirpurkhas. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelope procurement method through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Items being procured: - RO Plant with capacity 10000 GPD including membranes, feed pumps, multimedia vessels, filters, dosing pumps, electric panels, UPS and battery, submersible pump, and associated accessories - Tube well boring and installation including casing pipes, PVC pipes, suspension clamps, cement concrete works - Solar energy system including 550-650 watt Mono-Perc Grade-A Tier 1 Solar Panels, VFD drives, wiring and installation - Filtration room construction including excavation, cement concrete, brick work, steel fabrication, plastering, painting, and flooring - Resistivity survey and hydrogeological testing - Operation and maintenance establishment charges for 6 months The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of the RO plant and associated infrastructure, tube well boring, solar power system installation, and construction of filtration room as per detailed specifications and drawings. The project is located in Mirpurkhas, Sindh. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories with valid registration, have experience in similar works executed in the last 5 years, possess NTN and SRB registration with active taxpayer status, and submit bid security of 5% of the estimated cost.
