The LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for a development work in District Gujrat. Contractors must be enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 and meet all eligibility criteria as per bidding documents. Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Digital Bank Guarantee or 1 Link payment through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Performance Security of 10% of contract price is required upon acceptance. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 22-10-2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Civil Sub Division Gujrat. Manual bids or bids via email, courier, or post will not be accepted. Bidders should ensure compliance with all terms including valid Digital Bank Guarantee and proper bid security.
