Applications for Construction of Satellite Pens and Flight Pens in Punjab

The Punjab Wildlife Conservation and Habitat Restoration Program invites applications from Registered Community Based Conservancies (CBCs), Private Wildlife Reserves (PWRs), and Community Managed Areas to participate in the construction of Satellite Pens and Flight Pens at various locations across Punjab. This initiative supports wildlife conservation through public and community participation on a cost-sharing basis, with 80% of the cost borne by the department. Items being procured: - Satellite Pen for Ungulates Species (08 units) - Flight Pen for Chukar and Partridges (20 units) The Satellite Pens are secure fenced enclosures designed for holding, acclimatization, and pre-release management of wild ungulates species. Each pen covers approximately 15 acres in districts including Chakwal, Jhelum, Sargodha, Bhakkar, Mianwali, Murree, Rawalpindi, and Attock. The Flight Pens are secure enclosed facilities for holding, acclimatization, and pre-release management of Chukar and partridges, approximately 1 acre each, distributed across Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Mianwali, Khushab, Bhakkar, Sargodha, Murree, and Rawalpindi. Interested communities must submit their applications through nominated representatives to the Project Director at the Punjab Wildlife Conservation and Habitat Restoration Program, Directorate General Wildlife & Parks, Punjab, 2-Sanda Road, Lahore, by 5:00 PM on 16th November 2026. Further assessment will be conducted after submission, and eligible applicants will be considered for participation accordingly.
