Tender Description
The Buildings Division Sanghar invites bids for the construction of the Seth Gobind Ram Perwani Charity Hospital located in Khipro District Sanghar, Sindh. This project involves comprehensive civil works to establish a fully functional hospital facility. Items being procured include:
- Excavation in foundation and earthworks
- Cement concrete, brick work, and RCC work including steel reinforcement
- Flooring with verona marble tiles, white marble, porcelain, and glazed tiles
- Installation of G.I frames for doors and windows
- Supply and fixing of iron/steel grill doors and windows
- Deodar wood rough joinery for doors, windows, and almirahs
- Installation of mineral fiber acoustic ceiling
- Painting and distempering works
- Bitumen laying on roof
- Compound wall and external works including paving blocks and steel grated doors
- Water supply and sanitary fittings including W.C pans, wash basins, stop cocks, valves, PVC and CPVC piping, floor traps, and chamber construction
The technical scope covers all civil, electrical (solar), and mechanical (pumps) works with adherence to specifications and standards. The site is located in Khipro, Sindh, and the contract duration is 24 months. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration in relevant codes, NTN and SRB registration, electrical license valid till December 2027, and ISO certifications (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018). A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Sanghar at Nawab Shah Road near Boys Degree College, Sanghar. The bid opening date is 17-09-2026.
