Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27 in relevant categories and registered on the Punjab PPRA website. A digital bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required, submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 20-10-2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the tender opening committee at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Khanewal near District Water Testing Lab PHED Khanewal. Earnest money in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee valid for three months beyond the completion date is mandatory. Firms must upload valid PEC certificates and CNICs along with the DNIT. Any fake information or documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. The successful bidder will sign an agreement on stamp paper as per Finance Department notification within seven days of work order issuance.
