Fabrication of Mobile Animal Hospital under Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore

The Directorate General Wildlife & Parks Punjab invites electronic bids/offers from registered firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers engaged in trading with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax etc.) under the subject procurement for the fabrication of a Mobile Animal Hospital under the project titled 'Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore'. Items being procured: - Fabrication of Mobile Animal Hospital The procurement follows a single stage two envelopes procedure. Bidders must submit signed and stamped technical and financial bids online through the eP system on or before October 19th, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price amounting to Rs. 0.440 million must be submitted digitally through the eP system. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who may choose to attend at the specified address. Bidding documents can be obtained immediately from the date of publication on the PPRA and eP websites: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://cp.punjab.gov.pk. The department is not responsible for delays in submission. Bidders can download and submit bids without paying any fee. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or late bids will not be considered. If the submission day is a holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. Bid validity is 120 days from the last submission date. The department may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. The response time is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
