Construction of Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells and Solarization of Existing Electricity Tube Wells in Kurram

The Irrigation Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kurram Irrigation Division, invites electronic bids through the EPAD System under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for construction works in Kurram. The tender is open to eligible firms and contractors who have renewed their enlistment and PEC license in the relevant category (EE-11, CE-04) for the fiscal year 2026-27, and are registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA) and on the Active Tax Payer list of the Income Tax Department. Items being procured: - Construction of 01 New Solar Based Irrigation Tube Well - Solarization of 04 Existing Irrigation Tube Wells in District Kurram - Package-1: Construction of New Solar Tube Well at Shnai Sehra in Upper Kurram - Solarization of Existing Tube Well at Spin Khel Banda in Upper Kurram The scope includes civil works for solar-based irrigation tube wells and solarization of existing electricity tube wells on a need basis in merged districts. Bidders must submit original Call Deposit from schedule bank, attested copies of PEC Registration, CNIC, NTN, and KPPRA Registration in a sealed envelope by post, courier, or representative before the deadline. Bidding documents and instructions can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (www.irrigation.gkp.pk) and KPPRA website (kppra.gov.pk). A pre-bid meeting will be held on 02-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the undersigned. The bid opening is scheduled for 16-09-2026 at 12:30 PM. Bids must include a bid security of 2% plus stamp duty and a tender form fee of Rs. 2235. Bids will be valid for 120 days. In case of equal evaluated bids, the successful bidder will be decided by draw. Additional security measures as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022 will be enforced.
