Procurement of Solarization, Rehabilitation, Pressure Pumps, Pipe Line Distribution and Street Construction at Tehsil Karak

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Banda Daud Shah District Karak invites sealed tenders based on MRS-2025/Non MRS-Items as per approved PC-1 for the year 2025-26 under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives (KADP fund). The procurement is for various civil works and installations at Tehsil Karak. Items being procured: - Solarization of Masjid/Madrassa at Tehsil Karak - Rehabilitation of Work/Distribution of Sport Kits/Arrangement at Various UCs of PK-97 Karak Package-01 - Rehabilitation of Work/Distribution of Sports Kits/Arrangement at various UCs of PK-97 Karak Package-02 - Installation of Solarized Pressure Pumps/Existing Pressure Pumps/Hand Pumps at various locations in PK-97 Karak on a need basis package-01 - Installation of Solarized Pressure Pumps/Existing Pressure Pumps/Hand Pumps at various locations in PK-97 Karak on a need basis package-02 - Distribution of Pipe line at PK-97 on a need basis package-01 - Distribution of Pipe line at PK-97 on a need basis package-02 - Construction of Streets at Various Union Councils in PK-97 Karak on a need basis (Package-03) The scope includes solarization works, rehabilitation of sports kits distribution, installation of pressure and hand pumps, pipe line distribution, and street construction at various union councils in Tehsil Karak. Eligible bidders must have a valid PEC license in category C-6 or above for FY-2026-27, valid enlistment with Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar FY-2026-27, valid enlistment with Provincial Government Works Department, active taxpayer status on FBR list, KPRA registration for 2026-27, and must submit CNIC copies. Earnest money is required as bid security at 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR. Bidding documents are available on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 12:00 hours on 14.09.2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours at the Office of Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Banda Daud Shah. Physical/hard copies of bids must also be submitted in sealed envelopes to the TMO office within due date and time. Pay Order/Demand Draft of 0.03% documentation fee per work/scheme is required.
