Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (PAF) Samungli invites sealed tenders for the provision of furniture and certain facilities for Pakistan Air Force (PAF) units MM and NN. The procurement includes the following items:
- Provision of Certain Facilities of PAF "MM" (Rs. 9.00 Million)
- Provision of Furniture of PAF "MM" (Rs. 5.424 Million)
- Provision of Furniture of PAF "NN" (Rs. 4.154 Million)
- Provision of Furniture of PAF "NN" (Rs. 8.542 Million)
The scope involves supplying and installing furniture and facilities as per PAF standards at the Samungli base. Contractors must have relevant experience and be registered with the Pakistan Engineer Council (PEC) in categories A, B, C, or D. Only contractors on the approved MES list with suitable experience are eligible. Earnest money and other PPRA rules apply.
Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting the criteria and must be submitted by 1130 hours on 07 September 2026. Technical and financial bids will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Contractors may attend the bid opening. Contact the CMES (PAF) Samungli office from 0830 to 1500 hours on working days for further details.
Bidders should ensure all documentation, including PEC registration and experience certificates, are complete to avoid disqualification. Timely submission and compliance with PPRA rules are critical for successful participation.
