Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat is procuring construction and solarization works for pressure pumps along with annual repair and maintenance of civil works in various villages and tehsils of District Lakki Marwat. This procurement includes solarization and installation of multiple pressure pumps across several schemes under the ADP 2025-26, including the Bettani and Lakki Area Development Projects funded by oil and gas royalty. The scope covers installation of 6 to 10 pressure pumps, solarization of these pumps, and street pavement works in Isak Khel. Additionally, annual repair and maintenance of civil works for the fiscal year 2025-26 in Tehsils Lakki, Naurang, and Ghazni Khel are included.
Eligible contractors must be registered with the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active status. PEC registration and renewal for the financial year 2025-26 are mandatory. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security (CDR) along with additional security as per KPPRA Notification S.R.O.(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022. Bids quoting more than 20% below the estimated cost require detailed rate analysis and additional security to avoid disqualification.
The last date for bid submission and opening is 25-05-2026, with bids to be submitted by 12:00 noon and opened at 2:00 PM on the same day. Bidders should send their bids via courier or by hand to the Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat office. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18-05-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Executive Engineer's office.
