Tender Description
The District Council Mandi Bahauddin invites tenders for Development Schemes of Annual Development Program 2026-27 from registered contractors on the Punjab E-Procurement System (ePADS) and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes for the Financial Year 2026-27. The estimate of the work is based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 and local market rates.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Soling Street Mr. Riaz Ahmed Village Kadhar Shreef (Estimated Cost Rs. 12,00,000, Earnest Money Rs. 60,000)
- Construction of Street Tuff Tile Mr. Salaman Khel, Village Raikay (Estimated Cost Rs. 22,27,000, Earnest Money Rs. 1,11,350)
The works involve construction of soling and tuff tile streets at specified villages in Mandi Bahauddin. Contractors must upload bidding documents on the EPAD Dashboard by 15-10-2026 at 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives at the Hall of District Council Mandi Bahauddin.
All procurement activities across Punjab are conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bid Security of 5% in favor of District Council Mandi Bahauddin is mandatory as per guidelines. Conditional tenders and forged documents will not be entertained.
